3 types of contracts are offered:
1. CONTRACT WITH GUARANTEED RENT.
Receive 20.000 €/year and use your house 6 weeks outside the high Season
between the 15th of September and 15th of June.
2. CONTRACT WITH SUMMER RENTAL GUARANTEE.
Receive 8.000 €/year and use your house whenever you want
from the 15th of September to the 15th of June
3. PERCENTAGE CONTRACT.
Use your house with no restrictions on time or season, renting it out during the weeks when it is not in use, and receive 60% of the price per rental period.
